Discovering the southern coast.

Partiremo da Costa Rei con la sua lunga spiaggia bianca ed acqua cristallina, ammireremo scoglio di Peppino, Monte Turno, Cala Sinzias, raccontandovi le storie e curiosità di questo tratto di costa. A short stop for a first swim before passing Punta dei Cappuccini, where we will approach the cliff, being enchanted by the natural rock formations. Stop at Cala Pira, a bay sheltered from the winds with almost always calm waters, where it will be possible to climb up to the Aragonese tower on the dune or take a nice swim.

We will continue towards the marine protected area and Cavoli Island, where we will make a stop at the submerged statue of Madonna del Naufrago or visit the lighthouse, depending on the weather conditions and the availability of local operators. On the way back, we will sail close to the coast in front of Cava Usai, Porto Giunco, and Punta Molentis, where we can have a final swim before returning to the village.

During the months of July and August, it is possible to visit the lighthouse of Isola dei Cavoli with the operators from CEAS (Center for Environmental Education and Sustainability). The visit is paid separately directly to the operators.
